Bible Bits
Privacy Policy
Bible Bits is an iPhone app that helps you set Screen Time limits and open a short devotional when a configured limit is reached.
Data stored on your device
The app stores saved Screen Time rules, shield and devotional launch state, streak and onboarding state, notification preference, and cached devotional content on your device. Shared Screen Time state is stored in the app group used by the main app and its extensions.
Data that may leave your device
Bible Bits may fetch devotional content from Supabase and may make Apple-managed StoreKit requests to load product information, complete purchases, restore purchases, and manage subscriptions.
Permissions
Bible Bits may ask for Screen Time authorization for an individual user and may ask for notification permission for devotional reminders. The current app does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, photo library, HealthKit, or tracking permissions.
Subscriptions
Premium billing is handled by Apple through In-App Purchase. Bible Bits does not currently require a separate account login in version 1 to use or restore a subscription.
Your choices
- You can decline notification permission.
- You can remove Screen Time access in iOS Settings.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple.
- Removing the app also removes locally stored app data associated with the app and its extensions from the device.
Confirm Supabase or any edge logging retention details and replace any remaining placeholder support contact information with your real public contact method.
